Takita posted in his blog today that he will be going into the studio to record for himself in April, and will have another Rising Moon tour in early June. He did not specify that there would be a new CD, but we can hope! Plus, this implies there will be no Granrodeo tour before mid-June at the earliest.
He did add that the tour will get no further west than Osaka, so those of us in western Japan will have to go east to see the Rising Moon shows.

For those of you who’ve been to a Granrodeo live, or watched the videos, 「Fairy Touch」is the instrumental that Takita always (or almost always) plays. And now you can own a copy of the sexy video he made for the 「Rising Moon」CD! It features a few of the burlesque dancers from the Animelo 2015 Granrodeo performance.
I’m uncertain if there’s any region restrictions, but the download can be purchased here. You’ll need a way to pay (Credit card, web money, etc.) and an account on the site. It’s free to register.

To celebrate the release of his first solo album, 「Rising Moon」 (12/23/15), Takita will be having two mini-lives and sign sessions.
The first will be held 12/24/15 at the Shibuya Tower Records 4th floor event space at 20:00.
The second will be at Tower Records Shinjuku, 7th floor event space at 18:00.
The mini-lives are free to attend, but to get into the autograph sessions, you must buy a copy of Takita’s CD at either the Shinjuku, Ikebukuro or Yokohama Vivre Tower Record stores. In exchange, buyers will get an autograph ticket. Bring both the ticket and the CD to the mini-live; the signing will happen afterward.
