I have always wondered what was going on this pic. So … Matsukaze wrote in his blog entry from October 13, 2008 about his “very interesting” senpai, Kiiyan. And how Kiiyan came to him one day and pointed out that since Matsukaze had been doing well financially of late, that he should treat his senpai to a meal. (Kiiyan!) And so Matsukaze did, and after, was treated to embarrassment for his reward as Kiiyan (in radiant gold pants, as Matsukaze dubbed them) struck this pose in the middle of the day at a high-class hotel.
