Per usual, the upcoming DJCD release will have a serial number that can be used to enter the event lottery (only Animate purchases). The events will take place in Shibuya and Osaka in mid-February. Details are as follows:

As with past CD releases, Kiiyan and e-zuka will be traveling around the country to do promotional events in major cities.

They will be participating in live radio recordings, mini-lives and high touch events in Osaka, Sapporo, Nagoya, Shibuya, Fukuoka and Sendai.

How to participate

The radio public recording sessions are free to view.

To enter for the mini-lives and high touch sessions, you must pre-order AND pay for the limited edition CD at Animate. Not the regular release.

At each venue except Shibuya, copies of the CD (limited edition & regular) will be available for purchase. In Nagoya and Fukuoka, if you make a purchase, you can choose to get either an autographed poster or entry to the event. If you select the event, you will be given a wristband. At Osaka, Sapporo and Sendai, you can get an autographed poster. Because Osaka’s date is before the official release, they will be taking reservations for the CD only.

The dates, times and locations for this year’s Mr. Tambourine Man DJCD events have been announced.

To apply, you must buy either version of the CD at Animate. The release date is 1/29/2016. If you preorder and pay in advance, you will get the application form right then.

If the shows go as they have in the past, Kawada Shinji will guest at the Tokyo shows and Kiiyan will be on his own for the Hiroshima shows.
