I have been thinking about doing something special for AX and G20, but haven’t had much brain power of late, so I am open to suggestions!

I don’t know if there will be a present box at AX, so a gift may not be necessary. I plan to represent with GR towels, fans and a light stick. But I wonder if folks having welcoming signs or some such might be really nice.

Which reminds me, if you’re going to the concert, bring a light stick! I can’t confidently predict what songs they might play (other than Can Do) because they may focus on songs they think foreign fans want to hear, rather than what they might normally play. That makes it hard to write up call and response text, or explain what action we might take at a particular part of the song. Though I wish we could, since it would show so much love … but as long as you have a light stick (Can Do is yellow, btw), that’ll be nice.

As for G20, last time (G10) I collected postcards from fans around the world and put them in a nice album. A friend made special Gina and Roger stickers, and I decorated the album with those. Maybe this time … fan art? I can’t draw, but I’m sure some of you are amazing artists. Would anyone be up for sending art (digital or otherwise) and I could put a folio together of everyone’s pieces.
