G10 kaigai fan project: time’s running out!

10thlogoOctober’s almost here, so I really need to settle on a photo album … but I can’t do that until I know for sure how many postcards/letters I will have! In hand I have 17 from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Hungary, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines. I know I will have at least one more from the U.S., one from Germany, 4 or 5 from the Philippines and my own. So almost 25. I would really love to hit 30 or more if at all possible. At this point many of you would probably need to use an express service to make sure the cards got here, but if you can, please do — pretty please!

10th anniversary project

What you need to do:

  1. Pick out a postcard from your home town/province/country; try to pick ones that are standard postcard sizes, as it’ll be easier to present them.
  2. Write/sketch your message on the back. Please be polite, of course. Japanese, simple English, greetings in your native language, however you’d like to congratulate them and say thank you for 10 years of awesome music.
  3. Please message me privately for my mailing address.
  4. Mail the postcard, along with any small gift you might want to send, to me. Please put the postcard in an envelope, rather than addressing it to me. (This will give you more room to write, and saves me from marking out my address on each card).
  5. Please get all postcards to me by October 1, 2015. I will try to send a reminder once a month or so.

What I will do:

  1. Collect all the cards and organize them in a binder/folder designed for this gift; put any gifts in a gift bag
  2. Get a world map and mark where each contributor is from
  3. Hand-deliver the postcards, maps, gifts to G10 and put them in the gift box for GRANRODEO as a whole.

If you have any questions at all, or any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to drop me a message.

Thanks!
