These pics have been floating around forever, but I didn’t know their provenance before now. They’re from the Seiyuu Gran Prix Web site and date from July (the bottom 2), September (middle 2) and December (top 2) of 2007.

The bottom two were taken right around the time the first live was announced. Apparently Kiiyan took a nap (possibly with the bear) during the interview. And the interviewer marveled at e-zuka playing with the bear.

The middle two pics date from that first live and comment on Kiiyan’s aunt and other assorted personages coming in for those first lives at the Yokohama Blitz.

The top two pics are from the article that the magazine did on Kiiyan vacationing at home in Ube. The interviewer met up with him and his younger brother Shunsuke, for karaoke. Apparently Kiiyan approaches his karaoke like there’s no tomorrow, and with no regard for using his voice the next day. And that Lawson’s employee, who I once dubbed the luckiest Lawson’s employee in the world? That’s his proud mum. ^__^
